About Alli, your Pelvic Floor Occupational Therapist

If you’ve ever thought, “is this normal?” when it comes to your body — leaking when you sneeze, pain that keeps coming back, or a little one struggling with bathroom time — you’re in the right place.

I’ve been there. My journey into pelvic health started with my own struggles as a kid, when I felt frustrated, confused, and unsure where to turn for help. Now, as a pelvic floor occupational therapist, my goals is to be the person I wish I’d had back then — helping women and children rebuild trust in their bodies and find real relief that lasts.

I don’t do one-size-fits-all care or send you home with a list of exercises you’ll forget by tomorrow. Instead, I look at your habits, routines, and how your body moves through everyday life, then work together with you to build something sustainable from there. The idea is to identify the source of the symptoms. It’s evidence-based, but also you-centered.

When we work together, my goal is for you to feel supported, seen, and in control of your own healing — no judgment or jargon, just genuine care (and probably a few “aha!” moments along the way).

So, if you’re ready to stop guessing and start healing…
